What is a Call Credit?

You consume one Call Credit every time you make a call to CtrlPM using the Mac app. Calls can last up to ten minutes.

What happens if I use all my Call Credits?

If you want to increase your monthly credits, we can arrange this for you.

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

Do unused Call Credits roll over?

Credits reset each month and start fresh at the beginning of each billing cycle.
